The Arms were designed by the Armiger by adopting his Great Grandfather's (Foster) Coat of Arms, (Azure, a lion Or, armed and langued Gules) and adding elements of his wife’s family Coat of Arms. The Armiger currently serves as a Peace Officer for the State of Nevada.

Loren G. Chapulin was born 31 August 1963 in Van Nyes, Orange County, California, the son of Lee George( Foster) Chapulin , 10 January 1940 – 11 June 1999, Grandson of William Benedict Foster and Great Grandson of George R. Foster.Irish, Scottish, Dutch and American Indian by lineage, Catholic by faith

The Heir to the arms is: Anthony Michael Chapulin, son of Loren G. Chapulin.
